Review Time
Ordered 8/24 and received 10/4 and like everyone else not at all what was advertised. I emailed but not holding my breath. Coincidently I also received multiple fraud charges to the card I used for this order that has otherwise not been utilized. While I can’t prove it was caused by this company, the timing is very suspicious to say the least. Buy beware!! Stay far away.
I don’t even want to give 1 star but I have to in order to leave a review. This company is a total scam. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. They waited until the item had “shipped” before replying and said it was already processed. Items have not arrived several weeks later. Today I found they had charged me another $52 on my credit card. I emailed them again and they replied saying it’s for a VIP subscription I signed up for. I did not sign up for any subscription. Total scam. I will be disputing all charges with my credit cardSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED!!!
Horrible experience! I placed an order in August of 2025 and did not get any updates until late September when I had to reach out to someone and inquire about my order. I was told tbete may be delays so they would make up for it by resending a new one along with an extra one if I was willing to wait instead of getting a refund. Here we are in October and the item showing as delivered but I never got it. I have continuously reached out but now there is absolutely no response. They took my payment and I have no product. Worst service and definitely a scam!!!! Given a 1 star rating is too generous. Signed,A very disappointed customer
I paid an embarassing amount of money to this company and sadly took up the 'offer' to buy 3 of the Highland Cows. I wish I could show you a photo of the product I got that is NOTHING like what I ordered or paid for. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Well i cant give -0. A con of a company, signed me up to a subscription (lucky got out of that) cause what turned up at my neighbours door, only got it today after i requested to cancel before they even sent the plushys but got ignored. Well what turned up looks like its been on a bender the past month. Different colour, different fur, wonky eyes, hoofs on upside down. Not even my dogs want to touch it. So stiff it could be used as a doorstop i guess. I feel sorry for it.
The product shipped from China and took nearly a month to arrive. I was very disappointed when my wife opened the package! I purchased this for her birthday and it was supposed to be the 24” weighted. Instead we received a small toy looking cow that looks like it’s from the dollar store. It is less than 12”, light, and hair was falling out. I sent an email to the customer service contact listed in late September and still have not received any response. This is an absolute scam!
