Review Time
Cheaply made. Design doesn't match on side. Jewelry that was ordered looked like it came out of a gum machine. I wrote a bad review. They responded asking what they could do to make me change my review. I told them I wanted a refund. They said I had to send pictures. I sent pics and I have not heard from them. So, if you're thinking of buying something from them, walk away quickly.
I don't even know where to start. They have taken designer photos and flooded the internet with their offerings. The clothing items, like the sweaters and dresses, are poorly made from cheap materials that don't flatter a woman's shape. It seems they are using AI to create appealing designs, but the execution is far from satisfactory. I wouldn't spend a dime on these items, and if anyone knows the actual designers, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a celtic knit sweater, but what I received was a sweatshirt-like material that was dyed to resemble knit. I ordered a 4X based on their sizing, and it's still four sizes too small. Unbelievable... They are clearly misleading customers.
This feels like a scam. I ordered three men's sweaters but received nothing of the sort. Instead, I got three low-quality sweatshirts with sweater prints on them. They are terrible and I would be ashamed to wear them. Received on 12-02-25 (Dec 2, 1025).
I would rate this less than 1 star. The items are significantly smaller than shown, of poor quality, and the online images are very misleading. The support team is unhelpful. I'm currently trying to return the products for a full refund, but I'm being asked to send pictures to clarify my concerns. Then, I have to wait 5-7 business days for a response regarding the return. This is unacceptable. I believe a regulatory body should intervene and address this deceptive company.
The quality of this product is the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered a knit sweater dress, which turned out to be poorly screenprinted and made from subpar material. It's not even cotton, and it looks nothing like the images on the website. I've requested a refund numerous times, but they keep offering me a coupon for more unsatisfactory items. Their last response claimed they can't process refunds due to high demand. It's ridiculous. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
