Like many women with bigger boobs, I hated the way my boobs arrived in the room first and I followed on a few seconds later! Like many women, I thought breast reduction was the only option but I couldn't afford that and to be honest, I was too scared. This bra has changed the way my clothes hang on me. I feel smaller all together and much more confident too! It's a must, really. Give it a go. You know you want to!!
Delivery was quick but very disappointed with these bras. Maybe made me look a bit smaller but they gave me no support at all. Also read cannot return items which is bad as not happy with quality either. Very itchy. I've gone back to old bras which too be honest I don't notice looking any bigger.
Very poor and don’t recommend at all. I ordered two bras on a buy one get one free offer, they arrived fraying and very poor quality. I almost measured and double checked the sizing but they didn’t fit at all.I contacted them in regards to the return/refund process to be told they don’t accept returns on items purchased on an offer, and don’t do refunds whilst directing me to their T&Cs. They should’ve been made more obvious on their site.I sent photos of the two poor quality bras and they said they would replace for free, which I declined as I’m disappointed by their service and quality. They then responded yesterday saying they would provide me with a refund, which I got today but only for half my order so I’m awaiting more information as to why that is. Don’t recommend at all!
This company should be avoided. Fast delivery of the most shambolic product ever. They are ill fitting, all misshaped, cheap and nasty. The customer service is non existent. Return emails are illegible. You cannot communicate with them after purchase and buyer beware as I just noticed in PayPal I was set up for repeat payments, like a subscription. That got cancelled pronto. Disgusting shambles of a company.
I ordered a Minimizer Sports Bra in size 38DD from Hilaine, LLC and received a completely different size — “Large” — which does not fit.I contacted their customer service multiple times, provided clear photographic evidence, and requested either a refund or the correct item. Despite this, they stopped responding and failed to resolve the issue.Their handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to receive goods as described — Hilaine did not meet this standard.I’ve now initiated a chargeback and reported the matter to Trading Standards.I would caution others to be wary of ordering from this company
Very bad experience charged me priority delivery £6.99 and still waiting for what I’m expecting to be a cheap crappy made bra it’s still in china by tracking I wish I looked into the sellers before ordering they won’t refund and will only give 80% money back if cancel when you first order before dispatch which is disgusting. The Facebook and instagram site has comments hidden as they obviously delete bad comments from upset customers and if you red other trust pilot reviews there’s a lot off bad reviews not sure if it’s a scam as still waiting for my order been two weeks priority delivery is a scam tho and I wasn’t expecting them to come from china they obviously going to be cheap tat the website needs shutting down a they’re not fit for business never had such poor customer service as this AVOID BUYING FROM THEM Update surprisingly my order arrived after two and half weeks and I won’t be ordering again there’s nothing about the bras they’re just basic underwire bras the wire digs in to my ribs when sitting and material feels scratchy I don’t feel they minimise at all like in the videos photos on their social media I see no difference at all just uncomfortable
I placed an order at the beginning of July. I have only received one email confirmation my order and have nothing since. They even took my money but didn’t send me my order. What a disgrace, these people should be ashamed of the poor service they have for the customers. I have emailed several times but no one from customer service has replied back. Absolutely appalling.
