I warn anyone against ordering from this company THEY ARE A COMPLETE CON ORGANISATION I ordered a bra then noticed the very poor reviews on Trustpilot & asked to cancel my order within 10 minutes of placing it I received an email stating that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been processed & that they would 'try to manually cancel' which 'if successful' would result in a refund with 20% of the cost deducted for processing fees I've tried emailing back to ask for a full refund under my online purchasing rights but have had no responses at all and haven't received the bra I ordered or any refund This company are stealing your money I don't believe they have any intention of complying with the law & hope that people will give up & go away I would have rated them with zero stars if this was possible Buyer beware!!!
This is a scam!! Do not purchase from this company. I order 2 bra after seeing an advert on tik tok- huge mistake.After 6 weeks I have not received my order. I have contacted the company to be told they are looking into the issue. The can not provide a refund or even say a timeframe of when they will resolve this issue. Their correspondence is all generic statements that look like they are constantly copy and pasted. Some even repeated several times in one email!
Caution: Did not receive product!Ordered two bras in May and never received. Order status hasn’t updated and when the emailed link for “review order” or tracking are clicked it gives an error message. Asked for a refund but I am being told that they have no control of carrier that delivers products. Once again refund as I am moving to another part of country on Monday and was told that if I don't get my package before I leave, they would think of a Plan B - still refuses to refund me. This is terrible service. Can't comment on product as I never received it.
Received my bras and so thin and flimsy, no support whatsoever! Horrible and cheap made product. I can’t return because the item is not faulty ( but if I did it would cost be £10 plus!) and because I have tried them on hygiene risk! Avoid at all costs
DO NOT BUY - shocking quality and service.Ordered 2 bras, took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Poorest quality ever seen, awful fitting - a complete waste of money ….. been trying for 2 weeks to get a response from hello at hilaine to ask about returns but absolute silence! Reading these reviews it’s obvious I’m wasting my time!
