I have struggled to find a comfortable bra that I can wear all day without that ‘shelf’ appearance. The bras I was previously buying were expensive and pretty, but I couldn't wait to take them off! I was skeptical about these bras due to past experiences with online ‘miracle’ bras, but I love my minimizer bra. It’s lightweight, comfortable, looks great, and truly minimizes my bust! All my friends want one now! Even better, I emailed with a question about stock and received a reply in 10 minutes! Super efficient and I’m very impressed! Don't hesitate to try this online bra - it’s fantastic!
I was enticed by social media but ended up with junk. The bras are cheap, poorly made, and do not support larger breasts. I won’t bother with a refund due to their terrible return policy and will chalk this up as a lesson learned. I will make sure to rate them poorly wherever I can.
I ordered 4 bras and received only 2. I have sent multiple emails, but no one has acknowledged or responded to my inquiries. The customer service is absolutely lacking. I am frustrated with this service as they took my money without delivering the goods.
The cup size runs very small, causing spillover at the sides, and there is no support, making it quite unusable. I was unaware they were shipped from overseas, but I’ve learned my lesson. After reading other reviews, it seems that trying to get a refund is a waste of time.
I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from this service at all costs; they are scammers. I ordered in June, received a dispatch email about 19 days later, and it’s now mid-November with no delivery. It just says ‘in transit’. I’ve been arguing with them since August for a refund, but they keep insisting it’s in transit and refuse to issue a refund. Total scam.
My first order of bras was perfect. Fast forward two months, I ordered more and provided my sizes, only to receive an absolute joke that wouldn’t even fit. After contacting them, they claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because the bras might have been worn. I’m a 42FF, and they sent 36D. Due to the incorrect sizing, these bras were still in their original packaging, yet they refused to help. I won’t waste my money here again. I recommend going to a reputable lingerie shop instead. Absolutely disgusted.
I would not recommend purchasing any bras from this service. I bought two minimizer bras after carefully following their sizing guidance. The sizing was inaccurate, and now I’m trying to return them. I’ve sent two emails since the delivery on Saturday, and today is Monday. No response at all. Do not waste your money or time. I plan to pursue this legally, as I know my consumer rights.
