After reading some negative reviews following my purchase, I was initially skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The bras arrived on time—tick. In less than two weeks—tick. And they fit true to size—tick. They're not made of stiff, scratchy lace; instead, they're soft and stretchy. They also give the appearance of a smaller bust without feeling constricting. While they may not be the highest-quality bras out there, for the price, they're worth it. One thing however - I’m a 34D and not sure how these would suit a larger bust as other than the underwire there isn’t a lot of structure.
Easy to size and place my order. Great selection of bras but the minimiser has been a game changer for me. Since having a baby I felt uncomfortable with my new size and couldn’t find a bra that fit right without making me look bigger than I was. I love my new bras and would recommend to anyone especially if you are looking to reduce your profile. I can even fit my breast pumps in my bra.
I really wish I had read these reviews before falling for this scam. 2 very badly made bras turned up, itchy material and completely the wrong size despite using the sizing on their site. I contacted them and was offered an exchange if I paid postage or 20% refund. Avoid at all costs
Scam company, do NOT USE them. Shockingly bad product. Brought 2 bras in good faith, they sent me the wrong size and then refused to replace them with the right size until l paid additional shipping! SCAM. I now have 2 bras that are no good, absolute waste of money. DO NOT USE HILAINE. Ruth
I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from Hilaine, because this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. The bras are nothing like advertised. The images on their website are completely misleading. The fabric is cheap, the fit is terrible, and they offer zero of the support or comfort promised. They feel like something you would find in the clearance bin of a discount store, not a premium product.The Return Policy is a LieThe most infuriating part of this ordeal is their return policy. They prominently display a "30-Day Hassle-Free Returns" policy on their website, which is a complete fabrication. When I tried to return the bras, I was told I could only exchange them. After pushing the issue, their customer service offered a "solution": I could pay to ship the items all the way back to China for a partial refund. The shipping cost would be more than the bras themselves, making the refund offer worthless.This company's business practice is predatory. They lure you in with false advertising and a fake return policy, knowing full well that no one will pay the exorbitant shipping costs to get their money back. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—do not buy from Hilaine.
As many others, 1 star is far too generous. I have not received my order and it is lost in transit.Reported and refund requested but the only email replies I get are a CHAT GPT script which doesn’t actually address the request but dodges it completely.Tracking information doesn’t work and the company takes no responsibility for it.Have reported the company to take the matter further to help others also. What a waste of time and money on their part for a terrible customer service and based on other reviews, an awful product.Updates will be provided in due course.
They refused to refund. Said they can't take it back for sanitary reasons, then said in the next sentence that they would give a partial refund of $12 if you cover the shipping costs to send it back to China 🙄complete scam. They are flimsy bras and do nothing.
