I unfortunately ordered the wrong size. This was a first purchase on Hilaine website. I wrote to customer service asking if an exchange was possible. The contact rep was really helpful explaining the options. Excellent work! My exchange process was simple and easy.
SCAM!!!!!!I bought two minimising bras size 36DD/E about a month ago. They fitted quite well, though they make me itchy. I thought I would buy a sports bra. They offered the same size, and said it was true to size so I purchased it. When i (finally) received it, it was labeled as a Medium, and was much smaller both in the cup and band size. The fabric is extremely thin and would be incapable of stopping a wobble. I contacted Hilaine who said the Spots Bras is a slightly snugger fit for better support, but this was cutting into my breast and very tight around the band! It just did not fit!!!!Scrolling down the purchase page it said ‘If youre not completely satisfied simply send it back within 60 days for a refund. No hassle just peace of mind’, but that is actually not the case. MISLEADING. In the correspondence they sent me it says ‘Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for intimate apparel such as bras, unless it is defective’. Also they say if I was to send it back I would have to send it back to China at my cost and pay a restocking fee. I will be lucky to get anything back and have ended up with this cheap Chinese ill fitting bra. I pointed out the differences in their policies and they have not replied!DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!
I am really shocked at the influencers and other "real' people that advertise these bras. They are not what is advertised. Mine did not even fit properly and I sent an email to customer service who said "no refunds" without even reading my email. A legitimate bra seller would advise how to measure to get a better fit and send me at least one new bra to try and take back the unopened one. Don't do it!
Avoid this company at all costs. It's a total scam, the items that arrived were completely different to the ones ordered, styles different, sizes wrong (generic as M or L instead of specific sizes ordered online), two of the same incorrect item were sent and they are very cheaply made and feel it too- made in China in Chinese labelled packaging. Trying to reach them to request a refund and to return the items is impossible. After several attempts they are now trying to charge me $30+ dollars to return the items to some warehouse in Asia that they will not supply the address of until you confirm you agree to all of these return fees including a re-stock fee- none of which are made clear before purchase. I've had to raise a payment dispute with my bank and contact Trading Standards. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Do not buy bras from this company.The back is way too big and the cups are too small. Added to this they refuse to accept a return or exchange, despite the bras not being as specified in their advertising, and one of the two bras was (only) tried on. The other simply measure compared and resealed. Very poor experience. Do yourself a favour, save your money and your disappointment and shop elsewhere.
