ABSOLUTE JOKE. Honestly terrible. What I ordered (which I now realise reading some of these reviews) was based on clever social media trickery and algorithms finding my unhappiness with my size and ill fitting clothes as a result of my bust. The aggressive and repeated exposure of advertising on social media platforms intrigued me enough to place an order to see if it works as well as it was advertised. Let me clear up any confusion for you, do NOT waste your time and money. What I received was laughably ill fitting and nowhere near the correct cup size, having ordered my UK size, the bras I received did not fit at all and I was bulging out of the cups. Very clearly from the packaging and labels on the products, these garments are mass produced in a Chinese warehouse and are not at all of the quality advertised. It all feels like a completely elaborate fraud and bordering on criminal to prey on people looking for a resolution to their problem.When I contacted Hilane to request a return/refund they offered me one of three options:1️⃣ 20% refund – no return required, you may keep the items.2️⃣ Exchange – we can send a different size with only a minimal shipping fee, no return required.3️⃣ Full refund – by returning the items to our warehouse (shipping cost + $12 restocking fee applies).Any one of these options would've cost me yet more money and considering how defective the items I received are I was disgusted that they didn't offer free returns or a full refund. I asked to raise this with the supervisor and have advised that I am going to take this further but have still not received a response or an offer of a suitable resolution being told that "as per our return policy, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we’re unable to cover those costs on our end"Please please, do NOT waste your time and money. I am going to report them to the Trading Standards as this has been an absolute disgrace.
I wear a triple D cup, and gave this bra a try. I was extremely pleased with the fit, and with the shaping, which was more minimizing than any other bra. I’ve tried. I’ve read some of the negative reviews here, and I simply cannot agree with them. The fit is comfortable and Minimizing, and the bra is lovely to look at. I ordered two more as a result. I just wish there were more colors.
Do not order from this company!They sent me a bra which was different to the one I ordered and in completely the wrong size. They then said I would need to pay a shipping fee and a $12 ‘re-stocking’ fee in order to get a refund. I complained about this and since then they have been ignoring my emails about processing the refund. So I am over £30 out of pocket.
Worst company ever!! Bought a couple bras after being conned by all the ads.....clearly fake too. They are flimsy, horrible fabric, don't fit and to top it all off the 'customer service' sent me a returns policy that contradicted itself, is illegal in this country and are now not responding to any of my emails. Stay away!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered this bra using their own size guide to select which to order. When it arrived it does not fit AT ALL and they also don't offer a returns process. Not designed for people who need larger sizes. Quality also feels cheap and nasty.
You are stuck with your bra order, no matter the situation. They simply don't take returns on intimate garments tho the sales pitch online doesn't mention that unless you dig deep into the fine print. Plus the material is cheap, itchy and uncomfortable.
