Your product didn't work for me. However, you went ahead and sent me more product without my asking and billed my credit card. Extremely shady and I'm sure you'll deny it. Great business plan if you like ripping people off. I would never recommend your products to anyone.
Still waiting to resolve the issue with Hims since April 2025! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST FOR HIMS!Hims is completely ignoring customers.Email provided however no response from Hims. Hims has not contacted me until now although asked for my details from Trustpilot! I am still waiting.
Receive third party ads from them in my emails all the time, never signed up once, their privacy policy on the site says they are allowed to. Scam site, might send you products, but will sell all your data as their privacy policy is a mess and impossible to sign out of, especially when you never signed up to begin with. They don’t respond to emails sent to their support because I’m sure their support team isn’t real and just automated, much like it is here on trust pilot. Total Phishing site that may send you real products I suppose if you are American (I am not and so wouldn’t buy from them even if I wanted to because the sites that do this in my country are safer) but they sell your email and you end up with lots of spam because of them, I never ever signed up or bought anything from them because I’m not American! Impossible to be taken off their system once your on, I try opting out of emails via all their prompts in terms of service but be careful if you really buy from them, I imagine they’ll keep your banking info and continue charging you. Total scammers and phishers. They are signed up with all these other companies who are just as scamy, their MedMatch system and MedVi partnerships and stuff are total scams and being investigated in America by the FDA I think and I’ve submitted a tip off to my countries equivalent consumer rights investigators. Scam company.
