Terrible customer service! I attempted to cancel an order, and it took them five hours to respond to my text, claiming they'd reply immediately, only to tell me they couldn't cancel because my order shipped just minutes prior. How convenient! They got back to me after shipping? This service is lacking, and beware—there’s no option to cancel orders once placed.
Very refreshing to have a wonderful communication experience with this company. Most companies you have to send an email and you won’t hear back within 24 to 48 hours. This company’s texting feature is perfect for me and my little one is loving the product so far. Excellent customer service.
After researching top vitamins for kids, Hiya truly is superior because they are solid (not gummy) and sugarless! My 3 year old has gotten in the habit of remembering to eat 1 per day on his own, which fosters independence. He really does love the variety of flavors and colors.
