We have loved Hiya! We have been getting the multivitamin and probiotic for almost 2 years now. Not only is it a product I can trust the ingredients for my kiddos, but I also 10/10 recommend their customer service. So friendly. Not robotic or distant like other companies, it’s like reaching out to a friend. Everything about hiya has been great.
Hiya products are now our go to for kid vitamins and immune support. However, the subscription model is sometimes too frequent. Pausing our orders or changing our order involves emailing the company, which isnt ideal, however they are quick to respond and offer solutions. My kids love their daily vitamins and immune sticks.
The customer service is superb! The responses are prompt, the reps make sure to figure out the issues, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. And the vitamins are great—the kids never forget to take it each morning because they love them so much!
