I emailed Hiya customer service to request a single flavor, green apple, in my daughter’s future multivitamins. They were so prompt, kind, and helpful! This company is incredible and I’m so glad I’ve been supporting their business for such a long time! My daughter truly loves their vitamins, which are necessary for my picky 4 year old eater!
The costumer service was super quick to respond and very helpful resolving the issue at hand. The product is great and my children enjoy taking their vitamins everyday without a fight. It’s wonderful. The friendly costumer service makes the product more valuable as well.
I was excited to give Hiya a try, but I wanted to finish our first month's supply of vitamins before committing to an auto subscription (we forget some days, as I'm sure many parents do). When I went to cancel, I discovered that you cannot cancel your subscription on the website. They force you to fill out a customer service form.Fine - whatever. I filled out the form. Unfortunately, customer service did not cancel like I requested. They kept replying with discount offers to try and entice me to keep my subscription. I responded that I lost my job and couldn't pay for the subscription anymore. They STILL responded, yet again, with a discount instead of agreeing to cancel my subscription.This is frankly predatory – they know that parents are short on time and short on sleep, and they drag out the cancellation process hoping that you'll forget about it and accidentally renew for another month.Hiya, we gladly would have paid for your expensive vitamins had it not been for your shady business practices. You're going to kill your word of mouth because parents talk. I will definitely be encouraging my friends to avoid this company.
I got my kids their own bottles of Hiya multivitamins, they were only a fan of a certain flavor of the 4 so we canceled, thinking we couldn't just get the 1 flavor. Well when I reached out with the question of getting them their preferred color only, their customer service QUICKLY responded with a YES! We will continue to purchase not only for their good benefits but the company's service as well!
