Fraud - Disappointing Customer ServiceI regret to share a recent unsatisfactory experience with HoliHouse, marked by a significant discrepancy between advertised amenities and the actual offerings.Upon reserving an apartment through booking.com, we relied on the inclusion of air conditioning and heating, critical for our stay. However, our proactive communication with the property owner revealed the absence of heating facilities, rendering our intended stay impractical.Despite offering to cover heating costs, it became evident that the apartment lacked any functioning heating system. The proposed resolution of a refund was marred by our interaction with holihouse.gr, the property management company. They not only denied the existence of heating facilities, contradicting booking.com information but also attributed the misunderstanding to my cognitive abilities. Despite an initial refund offer, subsequent communication with holihouse.gr dismissed any possibility of reimbursement.Notably, the "heating" amenity was promptly removed from the booking.com listing post our conversation. Despite reporting the issue to booking.com, their efforts to secure a refund were in vain.Regrettably, this experience led to the cancellation of our Christmas trip. I share this account in the hope that it contributes constructively to refining HoliHouse's customer service and communication practices.

Zacharo casa rosa Holhouse was terrible

Zacharo casa rosa was terrible from the organisation Holihouse. At a very busy road, so you couldn't hear eachother in the garden without scouting. Beds were like planks so hard. Paying for 4 nights staid just 1. No refund or compensation so ever. Even a Chromecast we forgot, wasn't so called found.Never again!

Seems they're managing some holiday…

Seems they're managing some holiday houses and studios in Greece. Which I only found out at a late stage. Had booked a studio for a week via Hotels.com who are partnering with VBRO or FEWO-direct who in turn are using Holihouse in Greece. When I found the place dirty and the owner rude we left the place and found somewhere else to stay. Contacted hotels.com the next day who said not their problem and referred me to VBRO. When I was on the phone with them the call got cut off and never got a call back. Not wanting to waste more time and expensive overseas calls left it there and contacted VBRO again upon my return. Was told not their problem since it was Holihouses responsabilty. Then contacted Holihouse who at first were very apologetic and said they'd look into it. They also recommended leaving a bad reviews of the property. But there's no way to leave a review on either hotels.com or VBRO website, nor Holihouse. Have now resorted to disputing the payment via my credit card company. And left scathing reviews for hotels.com and VBRO. And Holihouse deserves no better. Non-existant customer service, just after their share of the money. So be warned
