Avoid renting from this service. The property I booked was not cleaned properly, and the customer support was terrible. Promises were made but never fulfilled. I have numerous photos showing the lack of maintenance, and the furniture was cheap and unsafe. I wish I had checked reviews before booking.
I booked an apartment at Lake Como, initially with one company, but later contacted by another. The directions to the apartment were poor, causing significant delays. Once we arrived, the key retrieval process was flawed, and the apartment was poorly maintained with outdated furniture and cleanliness issues. The price did not match the quality, and I would not recommend this place.
That site is scam !!!!!!!!!!!!! They use 2 sites to cheat : home to go and interhome. Just do not book from those 2 sites.They always change cancelation terms and conditions. If you cancel your booking you can get back only 50% of refund. They play on that ! Company register in German surname one of them are Kazakhstanian- alieva.
Absolute liars and blaggers. Paid £450 to rent a cottahe in Norfolk, 5 mins later i got an email saying that it was already booked! Asled for a refund which o was told would be processed immediately. 2 weeks later and several whatsapp messages still no refund or able to speak to a human. Have no reported it to my card issuer as a fraud and they are going to look into it. Avoid at all costs!!! Book woth anyone else apart from this bunch of scammers!’n
I booked an apartment in Benidorm last December and paid £85 pounds deposit for this September for 2 weeks however situations change and by 31st of March I realised I would have to cancel and request return of the deposit. Firstly they responded with 2 e mails saying would do so asap since then nothing I have sent several e mails which they have failed to reply or acknowledge which I find deplorable service
Booked with HomeToGo an apartment at the Mare Verdi (apartment B90) in Costa Adeje Tenerife.On the first day we arrived we opened the patio doors to the balcony and was met by the strong pungent smell of cannabis, after looking over the balcony wall I could clearly see cannabis plants being grown by the owner of the apartment below.I took photos and sent them to the company who manage the property on behalf of the owners and explained are displeasure, below is the reply I got from the manager.Good evening Adam,My name is Martin, managing director of Tenerife Rental & Sales.I am sorry the person(s) below are bothering you with their behavior.It might not be known to you, but Spanish law only prohibits the use of Cannabis in public, on private property you are allowed to have 100 grams on your person and may cultivate Cannabis for private use only.If the fumes are really bothering you you can speak to the people directly and ask them to take this into account.We, as a rental agent cannot enforce this.So basically suck it up so 8 days with windows and doors shut.Surprisingly on are last day today we spoke with the owners opposite who have spoken to previous renters of this property to find out they also complained with no assistance by the management company I have to stress I’m not sure if they booked through HomeToGo but this is appalling after spending over £100 a night
We never received any details about check in and sendt several requests but never got any reply. We arrived at the location and still didn’t get any information. After 2 hours we finally got a hold of a phonenumber that could help, we never heard anything from home to go.
This was a 5 bedroom home in Champions Gate Florida. The home had many issues which I brought forward to the management. The furniture was cheap, dated and stained. Some items were not working, including the pool heater which rendered the pool virtually useless to me. No indication was given as to whether the heater would be fixed. I requested a partial reimbursement for the 2 week rental and was denied. Basically, it was a shoulder shrug and tough luck email reply!! I would not recommend this to anyone.
