The rental I stayed at was in a terrible condition! It was filthy, with inappropriate items found in drawers and doubts about the cleanliness of the bed sheets. The mattress was heavily stained, and there was animal urine on the floor. There were only a few towels available, and I had to wait for hot water in the master bedroom. The house had a musty smell, and the bed sheets were unpleasant. I reached out to the owner with no response. I contacted the support team for a refund, but after three weeks, I'm still fighting for my money back. Just sharing my unfortunate experience.

This review is about a lovely, spacious villa on a Greek island. It would have earned 'excellent' if not for several ongoing issues that could have been resolved before our arrival. The villa lacked certain promised amenities, and many were broken. Despite reaching out to the host, many issues were only addressed shortly before our stay ended. Future guests should be aware, as some concerns were noted by previous occupants as well. If the host ensures better maintenance, a five-star rating could definitely be achieved.

After paying a deposit, I was informed of an additional payment while I was away and missed the notification, leading to cancellation and a hefty charge. Their contact options are ineffective, and it feels like they are only interested in extracting money without providing any real service.
