Your employ V.A from Sydhavn is totally incompetent and arrogant. Can’t provide basic answers of the contract regarding where to pay the money to . Basically “find it your self” I hope I will never need to communicate with this kind of person again. Probably he didn’t get a percentage from the contract so he wasn’t really interested in to helping us :).

We rented apartment in 09/2023 from Skovlunde. In Boligportal it showed that this house has elevator, we came one day earlier to pick up the keys of the apartment and there is no elevator, I mean not at all. We showed our print screen that in Boligportal it shows that there should be elevator and they just started complain that it is OUR fault that it is missing, because we didnt came to see the apartment before hand. Wonder, would the elevator be there if we would have traveled 900km to see the apartment:D. Also they blamed the owner of the apartment that he/she didnt check the ad(which I kind of agree but owner pays from their service so maybe the ads should be right).They said that we can cancel the contract right away but because we didnt have no where to go, there was no real chance to do so. 0 responsibility and no one compensate us anything. We actually rised our budget to get the elevator and paid huge rent from apartment without it. Oh, yes they said that they will do their absolute best to advertise this apartment when we move out and so that we could move out quickly (in 1 month) and new tenants could move in quicker and we dont need to pay rent from empty apartment. Well, we trusted on this and let this mistake to be and tadaa, we are now moving away from DK and ofcause the owner has changed the housing agency. So we feel very cheated and we should have been taken this more further when this all happened. So watch out, they write what ever they want to ads. They should have been take the responsibility and compensate the mistake to us. Yes, this is over one year old review but it kind of escalated now because they are not ”doing their absolute best to help us”which in the end was just to make us quiet.

Home Albertslund.We bought a Rækkehus from Home Albertslund/Glostrup in Tranehusene. We wrote our lawyer name in købsaftale. They said they cannot work with our lawyer. We had to choose the lawyer they want. Voila it was because the house had so many problems. We come to realize that after we had the key. The seller and us(buyer) have same lawyer. How funny...we trusted them. But.......Now my lawyer given by them don't reply to me. When even I ask a simple question. These people have no basic business ethics. A family of four with two small children we really are sad we had to deal with this. We had to go through several hurdle.☹️☹️☹️Take extra precaution if you are buying with Home Albertslund/Glostrup.

I am looking for an accommodation with my boyfriend, I went to Open day of apartment complex in Copenhagen S, the agent was unhelpful and didn't want to show the storage and laundry room, " because there are too many people and he does not have a time for it". I filled out the form that I am interested in apartment and I suppose to receive an update within 2 days, I received ZERO answers, even though asking for update, now it has been almost 3 weeks and I have never received any answers from him.
