Malene is a very good advisor and lawyer. She is very good at communicating and very quick in response. Based on the fact that my Danish is not very advanced, she is very considerate in that and helped thoroughly in the process. I really appreciate the hard work she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought.
We switched to Mogens in Amager Home after Robinhus let us down. Mogens is a straight talker who doesn't waste your time with estate agent blabber... So if you want hours of compliments about your house then ask your neighbours.... Mogens was efficient and very professional... He got us viewings very quickly and even more money than the asking price (Robinhus were telling us to lower the price) he also lent us his van for a day! Great company and a great team behind him!

The Company is someone who does not care about the customer. Or may be they just don't care about customers who don't speak Danish. I lived in Solroed Strand and had engaged them in selling the house. The came with a price of 56K, but added a grund pack of 9K + photo which came to about 8.5K and then I had to pay for the report. In the end I ended up paying over 100K.Even after paying so much it took more than 7 months to sell the house and they reduced the price by 200K and then further by 50K. They said that they were on our side but it did not seem so. The main man who signed the deal talked well but handed the house to some other junior members who could not defend minor question from the perspective buyers. For example: The house was very illuminated and had light from all direction. However on one occasion they told me that the client said the house was dark, I mean really. We had some times had too much light while we lived there. but the guys who were showing the house could not defend this simple thing.That apart The did not even put a for sale sign in front of the house, even after reminding them. In short they took us for granted. They never made any effort but only talked sweet when we complained. We did not complain much and possibly that was our mistake. So all in all we were lured by the sweet talk and the fact that the agent lived in the same locality but it turned out we were fools. We were treated like we were least important and made to pay more and sold the house for much less than it should have. Lesson learnt. Never ever trusting home.dk again.And btw they even did not do their job properly even after that. They actually forgot to inform the Insurance company to remove my name from the house. I had to call them back again to get that done and had to stop payment to the insurance company. A hassle that could have been easily avoided.

They wouldn't mind sitting for hours to help me filling out Danish documents while explaining and answering all my questions in English. The communications has been clear and reliable, keeping me informed through the process. I appreciated their honest feedback and their constant availability. Above all, I was impressed with my agent for his respect towards my house, not treating it as another sale list.
