Avoid this service at all costs! I had a three-year contract, and they charge monthly fees along with lead costs. The leads are of very low quality, and many don't respond to calls or messages. Their customer service is terrible, and they deny refund requests. It's better to knock on doors than to waste money on this app.
Don't get involved with this service. I signed up expecting to receive leads, but it has been a huge waste of time and money. The salesperson misled me about the lead model, and I have never had a lead reach out to me. Instead, I received recycled leads, and the competition is fierce. Many leads were unresponsive, and the service is undercutting my pricing by advertising with major retailers. This needs serious improvement.
The leads are terrible, and you'll lose more than you gain. They don't verify insurance and allow anyone to post, resulting in many competitors with no overhead. They take your membership fees without consent, and nothing is refundable. It's a frustrating experience, and you'll find more people looking for quotes than actual work.
This is a total scam! They charge you $30-$40 as soon as you click on a phone number, and the leads are not real. After calling back, I found out it was a scam. I had to close my bank account to stop them from taking my money. Nothing about this service is legitimate!
This company is total scam ,they send fake leads ,stay away from this angi leads ,they sent me 4 leads 3 where fake and only one respond , they don’t care about the clients,they took $600 from my account and I didn’t make a penny , the worst marketing company,I hope the competition take out of business this company
Horrible experience with Angies leads. They sold me the same customers information multiple times the rest of the leads they seem to sell us were old customers had already had the projects done months prior.When we asked for a refund or credit on that lease, we were denied even the one they sold us multiple times.Called our account manager, and due to canceling, she could no longer help us with any information or credits.
If I could give zero stars, I would.This has been the most disappointing company I’ve ever paid for leads. They fail to deliver on what they promise, and still charge you for a service that doesn’t work as advertised.I truly regret not reading the many negative reviews about this company before signing up.
Wow! We finally cancelled our Angi Leads account. We tried them out for about 6 months and just finally cancelled. The leads were very poor quality. Either we would never connect with the potential customer (via email, phone, or text) or we would actually get them on the phone and they would tell us that they never filled out anything and they didn't have any roofing issues (we are a roofer). In our weekly meetings we would talk about our "pending leads". Those were leads that came in, but that we hadn't been able to connect to. 95% of the leads on our pending list were Angi leads. We were able to connect with our internet leads, our YELP leads, our Diamond Certified leads, etc. We have decided to put our extra marketing $$ towards the lead sources that work much better.
