DO NOT provide your services for this company. They have fraudulently charged my business over $500.00 in "membership" fees which they refuse to refund. Disputing the charges with my bank now.They charge for incorrect leads which they do not refund. We install vacuum systems and they send "install a hood vent" lead, clearly an incorrect lead yet they refuse to refund the charge. This is just one of many examples I can give ....Spend your money elsewhere!
They will rip you off we spent over $400 dollars to get an account and get started and then $75 dollars for our first "customer" which they were not a customer and they did not even respond to calls or messages. They have in the Angie policy that they will reimburse for calls that do not end up as jobs and when we called they REFUSED!!!! They never gave us a refund for the call and had nothing to say about it being a dead end other then sorry we cant help you. THIS SITE IS A SCAM DONT USE IT UNLESS YOU WANNA WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
They do Charge you give you leads, and out of 10 4 to 5 are people that are looking for jobs and they charge you for it. they say we give you your money back then when you do say I want my money back they say Ohhh this is not my department no more I do not have your acct. I complainted ever prior on the 1 lead was a person looking for a job. I got charge and the people you get in touch with you sent for them to call you to connect with you and no even one. Over all I will not recomend Angy's List. I called for then to send the report of the statement, No they send me to review thier call and customer service and this is what I am doing.
