5 stars! I recently purchased a product from HomeLights, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were clear and detailed, which made it simple to choose exactly what I needed. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. I had a question about the dimmable bulbs, and they informed me that those bulbs were actually not included with the product I ordered. However, they went the extra mile and still provided them for me free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and really appreciated.
Very bad experience with trying to get a refund for a faulty product for €196 ( 2 outdoor solar charged garden lamp).They refuse to refund, and ask me to use a credit note instead. They then ask me to pay an additionaly €60 for postage of the the replacement light fixture.Still unresolved, and not refunded either.
Read the reviews and still decide to take the risk. Had issues with delivery and first package was lost. The whole process took forever and eventually they did send a second one. (3 months between order and delivery). The lamp is a cheap knock off. You can see the quality is not there. Would I buy again? Probably not.
Decided to order from this website as it was European, but products were shipped straight from China.Received a lamp that did not work, with parts of the lightbulb rattling inside, and after providing them with numerous pictures, they suggested I fix the lamp myself by ripping on the backing off (which was impossible to do, as it was glued on to the whole back of the product) and receive a 5-10% discount. They did not seem to know what kind of product it was that they had shipped, since they suggested work-arounds despite the website clearly stating that you could not remove the lightbulb etc.Would not purchase from them again! Beware as the products are not necessarily cheap either.
