The lamps I ordered came within a short time, they looked great and nothing was broken. As I wanted a new cable for one of the lamps because the black one didn`t fit with my room they made it possible to send me a new base instead of the whole lamp. I didn´t have to pay any shipping fee more. The customer service always answered immediately. Especially I want to mention a customer agent called Laura, who wrote very friendly and helped me so much.
I’ve had a good experience with Homelights. The lamp I ordered arrived as expected. Unfortunately, there was a small defect that I found out about later, but customer service was able to replace the defective component without hassle. Problem solved. Very happy with the product en service.
We ordered 3 different lamps and they looked even better IRL! It took only a week for the first one to arrive, and 3 weeks for the other ones.We had an issue with one of the lamps so I contacted support and they handles the issue really great - Thumbs up for them!

Purchase lamps that we're quite expensive and these came acc to the timing note into the website = 5wks. I had to contact customer service as these did not came together. Customer Service was very helpful and informed me of the next day delivery. Really happy with the service and the lamps!
