Terrible return policy conditions -DONT'T order here!The return policy is very intransparent. You are not provided with the return address right away but bargained into buying the product, even if you don't like it. Even if you order from NL, you are forced to send it to China to return it!The customer service is really intransparent and you are required to pay for restocking fees additionally to your return fee.NEVER AGAIN!
I am really grateful for Homelights‘ outstanding Customer Service. Peggy was very helpful with changing the length of the lamp cable. They even didn‘t charge anything for the extra Service. The Lamp has now arrived and I‘m very happy with the ordered product. Seems to be a good quality.
