Avoid this site – Total scam!I ordered three lamps, and they arrived scratched. I sent them pictures of the damage.First, I paid for express delivery, but of course, after five days, I still had no lamps despite paying €30 for shipping. When they finally arrived, all three were scratched.I sent them photos of all the lamps, but they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered me a ridiculous 10–20% discount and suggested I give the damaged lamps to a friend. These lamps are visibly scratched and completely unusable.When I asked to return them at their expense, they provided me with a Chinese return address—even though I purchased them from a .nl website, which should be European. They refuse to cover the return shipping costs.Avoid this site at all costs—it’s a complete scam!
I ordered a beautiful 120 cm Vertigo lamp from homelights.nl and chose express shipping. Unfortunately, the lamp didn’t arrive. Even before I reached out to customer support, they contacted me first to inform me that the status of my order hadn’t changed. They even provided me with the DHL contact details and tracking number so I could follow up directly. After multiple calls with DHL and regular communication with the support team, we figured out why the lamp was misrouted. They immediately sent me a second lamp with the correct details, and this time it arrived right away. The customer service was incredibly friendly and competent, and I always felt well taken care of. Now that my lamp has finally arrived, I’m extremely happy with its quality. For the price, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend homelights.nl.
