- The domain has not been usable,

WARNING – Highly Unprofessional and Deceptive I truly regret my experience with the company. After purchasing a domain, I found their support to be incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional, leading me to transfer my domain to a different provider shortly thereafter. I believed my dealings with this service were finished. However, a year later, without my consent, the company renewed my domain and charged me — not just the usual fee, but 18 TIMES more than what it should have been. This is utterly outrageous. I had no active service or communication with them, yet they withdrew money from my account without my approval. When I sought a refund just minutes after the charge, they denied my request, claiming they had “sent a message in their portal.” How could I be aware of a message from a service I stopped using a year ago due to their poor performance? This reasoning is completely unacceptable. This is not an error — it’s a system designed to ensnare and charge customers without their agreement. They are fully aware of their actions. Many others are encountering similar problems, yet there’s no accountability. Businesses like this are deceiving customers, hiding behind ineffective policies, and disregarding customer rights. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company: stay away — safeguard your money and time.
