I had a terrible experience with Hometriangle.com, and I want to warn others about their unreliable services. I hired an advisor named Riyajul through their platform to fix my AC cooling issue. He suggested refilling the AC gas and assured me of a 5-month warranty. However, within just 2 months, my AC stopped cooling again.What's worse is that Riyajul has been completely unresponsive to my calls and messages. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get any support from him or the company. Moreover, my reviews and complaints on the platform have been ignored, leaving me frustrated and helpless.I highly advise against using Hometriangle.com for any service. They make promises they can't keep, and their advisors lack professionalism and accountability. I don't want anyone else to suffer the way I did. Stay away from Hometriangle.com!

Very unprofessional service provider

Very unprofessional service provider. Booked a technician for AC gas refilling. The gas leaked in 2 months, technician is not picking phone, this company Home Triangle takes no responsibility and said we just connect vendors, we are not responsible and we don't give warrenty.Highly unprofessional, this company is just a dealer which takes commission from the vendors.

never go for home triangle

never go for home triangle. They have a pathetic response for complaints.This plumbing service from maheshwar plumbing came to fix the repaired motor which pumps kaveri water from sump to tank, he said the issue is in coil, fixed it in a day and ran the motor. it worked only that day. from next it dint, and he is accepted his mistake first and then he denied. om raising complaint 4 to 5 time, there is no response from home triangle customer support either. overall they r pathetic.
