I had difficulty with my first order but was kindly offered some more lip balms (my initial order had arrived but too late for planned Christmas gifts). I love mine. I feel 'fancy' when I use it. So far I have only tried one flavour but the people I have gifted it to love it. Fab packaging. Great product. A bit expensive but great gift.
Easy to order, arrived timely. Beautifully packaged. I was sceptical because I’ve tried so many different things without good results. I’ve had problems with sore cracked lips for so long. Well this is different, it actually works and I no longer feel embarrassed. My lips look soft and healthy. I’m so impressed I’ve ordered for both of my daughters!
The mint balm is absolutely refreshing! The cooling sensation is perfect for waking up my lips in the morning, and it feels so soothing on dry skin. The hydration lasts for ages, and my lips feel plumper and healthier after using it. It’s become my go-to after being out in the cold or after a long day of talking at work. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do, but now I can’t go without it.
Very easy to order, my first order took a few weeks to come, but when it did arrive it was well packaged and the product is superb, my lips have been much improved since using the lip balm. I have since ordered again to purchase some for my Mum and I needed some spare applicators, my second order arrived quicker than the first one, but was also well packaged, my mum was made up with the gift. I would most definitely recommend this company and its products.
