Also your shapewear is very comfortable eventhough I needed to downsize a bit because your shapewear may run a bit big on the sizing chart. My first bra was way too big. Now I have a better fit thanks to all your help!

Cant complain re the refund process but I cannot understand how this situation arises
I purchased two Honeylove crossover bras. Both are comfortable, fit well and initially didn't show through my clothing. However, I do NOT think they are worth the cost. The Honeylove cross over bra is essentially a sports bra with hook closures in the back. Similar to a sports bra there are pads which ball up or fall out of the pocket in the wash. Once the pad moves, I can't get it into the same position again and it shows. For an expensive bra, this is unacceptable.
I love your products. Though it is way too expensive. The order site is invasive. I keep cancelling the forced insurance. But I can't . I don't want my credit card saved and you forced it to be saved. I tried to correct my address n remove my phone, your order page won't . This will be the last time I am ordering unless you fix that and if you add an annoyance reward for ordering despite my annoyance. Pls do not breach people's privacy.
The visuals and feedback are impressive. However, after selecting one bra and size, it became challenging to return and explore other options. The cart's additional discount was only applied to the same model, forcing me to restart the order. This experience was on my phone; it might be smoother on a computer.

I purchased five bras, three in the crossover style and two in the silhouette. The crossover bras fit me better and provide an excellent shape. However, it's essential to use a bra bag, which only just accommodates the bra, as the insert pads tend to shift during washing, making it difficult to adjust them through the small opening. While I could remove the pads, I'm convinced they contribute significantly to the great shape. The bras are crafted from a beautiful, breathable material. Although they aren't the cheapest option, they definitely feel luxurious to wear. I have them in black, blue, and grape. I returned the silhouette bras, and I must say the customer service provided was the best I've ever experienced with an online company.
I had a text conversation with a customer service named Cal. Cal went OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I was credited 20% off for my order. She did this without being prompted, and made my ENTIRE day by being so helpful, kind, and efficient in handling this situation. I haven’t gotten my bras yet, but,Judging by the most excellent customer service l, EVER, I’m sure the product will also exceed my expectations. Thank you, Cal! Kindness is SO important in today’s world, and apparently,You understand this.
