I placed an order for Christmas gifts about 10 days ago, and it has gone well past the expected delivery date. I received an email on Christmas Eve indicating the situation. It won’t arrive in time for Christmas, so I plan to refuse delivery and have it returned. My grandchildren will be disappointed on Christmas Day. Very frustrating!

I had a dreadful experience with this company. I ordered six days ago with a promised delivery for today, but it hasn't even shipped, and no one can provide information on why or when it will arrive. Customer support is unhelpful, and they can't process a refund since my order is still in the system. I'm now £80 down, and my son won’t have his Christmas present. Absolutely unacceptable.
I felt compelled to leave a review after my experience here. I ordered a keyring and was worried after reading reviews, but it turned out great! I chose a collection point for delivery, and it arrived in perfect condition just in time for Christmas. A fantastic deal. I would definitely shop here again.
I ordered shoes on the 7th, and the tracking provided little information. After following up, I was told to wait until the 22nd for delivery. When I checked again, I was informed that the package was lost and a refund would be issued. This is incredibly unreliable, especially since I now have no time to find a replacement gift for Christmas. I will not use this company again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service has declined drastically. My initial order was lost, and after requesting a replacement, this one is also delayed. Customer support seems to ignore previous conversations, giving conflicting information. I will not be shopping here again.
I did not receive my parcel. When I reached out to customer services, I was asked to complete a legal statement multiple times for trivial reasons. They then claimed they wouldn't refund because the courier said it was delivered. I requested proof but received nothing. Despite referencing consumer rights, they still refuse. I am now pursuing a dispute through PayPal and will escalate further if necessary. I will not use this company again.
I was offered a home pick-up for a return, but no one came on the scheduled date. After contacting them again, I booked another date, but there was still no pick-up and no communication. This has completely discouraged me from using this unreliable company again.
