Once the order for my Heybike went in, it was all systems go and the bike was processed quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the paintwork that Matt pointed out, but it was one I could live with especially as a shop voucher was added to my deal with him. On arriving back home I did find the brakes spongy, but determined to learn bike diy repairs, I turned to YTube and with its help and a £14 kit found online and 15mins tweaking I now have incredibly sharp brakes.

It was really straightforward and the staff were incredibly helpful when I rang about the delivery. Delivery guy was great too. The bike came fully assembled which I highly recommend. It's my first e-bike and, living in hilly West Wales, it's a real gamechanger!
