Matt and company were great from start to finish .They were helpful.with sorting my purchase through cycle scheme and ordering .. Communication could have been a little better regarding delivery .But the delivery team from the couriers were excellent from James in the office to the guy on the van .The only small thing that let Matt and his team down was the building of my bike .They fitted folding part of the handlebars incorrectly they folded the wrong way ..Easy fix for me though and an easy mistake to make ..
