Fantastic service from them. I managed to order the wrong sized bike because of some confusion around the specifications from the manufacturer. Took some organising but have since had the bike collected and the correct one delivered. Really chuffed with how they handled this. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Really efficient service! Ordered a e-bike via Cycle Solutions which isn't directly available to consumers in the UK. They placed the order, received and assembled the bike, then dispatched it to me all within a week. Couldn't ask for anything more.
