I placed an order on Monday for next-day delivery. Now it's Friday, and my order has yet to be shipped. I spoke with a representative via chat who assured me they would try to ship it for Thursday, but it still hasn't been sent. They are unresponsive via phone or chat, which is unacceptable. I regret purchasing from this company.

Lastly, I directly contacted customer services with my concerns and return request, but still no response. It's been 14 days since I received the product, and it's now past the return period, leaving me with an unusable item. Very disappointing.
