I bought two items in the past two months. The first item was advertised as three pieces, but only one was given to me. Secondly, I purchased a chainsaw machine. I was also sent a grass trimmer, which was also advertised, but no one bid for it. I don't think you should be bidding online without seeing the item. There may be more to their business model than what meets the eye.
I recently fell victim a scam orchestrated through i-bidder.com. I won auction lot #84349Title:2004 Atlas Copco XASM 286 diesel screw compressor, fast tow, 4 cylinder Mercedes turbo engine--> Google the Title and you find the original lot on eBay.My advice: Steer clear of i-bidder.com!
I gave them 1 star as you can’t give zero. Sold as returns of mainly clothing and shoes. Nothing in the boxes was clothing and nothing was unknown. All the goods had been removed from original packaging and placed into other packets. Lots of very broken glass. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from these con men.
Kingsland Auctions: Quite possibly the most honest auction with transparency in goods description. A very capable and hardworking bunch of individuals (Aaron, James, Karen ... to name but a few) make for a high level of customer experience. Highly recommended auctioneer
It's clear that ibidder doesn't care who they have selling on their platform. For example; SUPREME AUCTIONS I feel a sense of responsibility in making people aware of this aution/scam. I look at using Supreme Auctions like playing Russian roulette with your money. Your taking a big gamble. They advertise there lots looking like they came straight from the factory, when in fact nearly all of their items are rejects and returns. I, like many others seen this aution as a ligit fair place to buy quality items, to be fair it look inviting. Don't be conned, if your very very lucky it might work but be prepared for the item to be in bits, dirty and none functioning and not in the originalbox or packaging. There policy is we can't help if you buy from us, as it states their items may be missing parts, not working, faulty or not even the item advertised. I have proof of this. So think again if your thinking of grabbing a bargain for family, friends or making a profit selling it on. Another reason to stay clear, their shipping cost are outrageously expensive. Their phone helpline needs help, all complaints will be passed on or disregarded unless you push them, only to receive an email basically saying they can't help you. The Volume of sales makes this scam work. Ibidder send an automated message and follow nothing up, other than covering their scam clients. Take care of your pennies, there are a lot more Auctions out there that are open and honest. Take care and good luck
I bid for a car, I booked appointment to go and viewing, they keep telling me we will call you back. After they said that I have win the bid, I should pay deposit and they will let me view the car. After I paid deposit of £1,500 to Select AssetsLimited. They never allow me to view and didn’t refund back my money
Do your self a favour. Don't ever bid on this website as it's rubbish and scams people. You'll get different item from what you won. Their customer service is rubbish. Will make you wait "48 hours" then tell you the manager is off and will be available monday. Save your self from stress. Please avoid tgis website at all cost.
Unfortunately I did like the sight until was scammed for alot of money . As others have stated you sight breeds low life ripping people off. All the good auctions are going to lose out because companies like assett auctions who are stealing people's money will drive people everyone away. I will be using the saleroom in future
