The auction houses that run on ibidder are shonky. They hide behind ibidders terms and conditions to treat the customers (YOU) poorly. Not a fan at all.Their terms and conditions say that they are an online auction bidding service and they are not a party to the contract of sale or purchase.Then a few paragraphs later it says under 'Our Agreement ' it constitutes as a legally binding contract between us and the auction houses and they retain an internal record of what we have agreed to.Supreme Auctions haven't even bothered to publish any Terms and Conditions on their website. They reference ibidders Terms of Use and yet ibidders terms and conditions says "we are not a party to the contract for sale and purchase entered into between you, the bidder, and the auctioneer and/or their principal".If you have time on your hands, people should complain to The Consumer Rights Act Citizens Advice.
I was involved with this company via Alexander Aurelius Auctioneers, ibidder was not interested & I took to court Alexander Aurelius for misrepresenting the goods & unfair contract terms. If you have a good case go to court I did & they paid up prior.
Hi bought a jet washer through this on receiving item no box tatty missing item nothing like picture on site (supreme) and power cable had been sliced through so cannot use?? Customer services from both companies was pathetic. Beware how you go daylight robbery!!!!!
I buy a cordless stick vacuum from bedford , and i received another product than the one in the picture, she is make a picture with new product but if you buy , she put another damaged , hard used with electrical cable inside, and on the box i see sticker with Electrical safety test, if your check this one you are see that product has exposed wires and may give you an electric shock, i write to i-bidder, she is say he took abou this and give me an response, and nothing, no more go to contact, big scammers

bought me first car on there and have very bad experience,dont thrust what you see on foto,read carefully description!!! I win Land Rover Discovery4 is cost me £7500 me car come without front headlights and front grille,on foto car lux like new but that it vas described that me fold i been not accurate!!! But car came with more problems!!! With not be described,car engine is dead,to change it need around 7k passenger window smashed,and this site cant protect ,becous they only biding platform. Thank you for scrap!!!
Wow. Why is nothing ever straight forward these days? Won an item, not an overly expensive one - VAT, buyers commission etc ( all as expected ) was added but then a £30 premium charge added. Sheffield couldn’t give me a straight answer as to what this charge was for so I’ve declined to pay. They’ve now blocked my account.
I bought many items from the auction held by Time2Bid on I-bidder on 07/05/2024. My order of 29 pieces did not arrive. Neither I-bidder nor Time2bid are returning my emails. I will apply to consumer rights. If you are going to make a purchase, I recommend you to pay attention to this company.
