Review Time
Replaced my mother in laws door recently, the young lad fitted it completely incorrectly, frames on the p*ss, then told her to close it she needs to physically lift the door up.. embarrassing.. freedom of information requested their council tender because this can't carry on and I'll happily make sure no other elderly ladies have to have such a shocking service from a terrible company
Work gets set and booked in for a day job but they turn up in the afternoon then won't do the work as the job will take to long!Lost count of all the cancelled, failed and incomplete jobs that they have to do. Including one that's over 6 months old!Don't think anyone actually talks to each other and are about as useful as a waterproof tea bag! I've written complaints formally but that's another dead end, nothing changes! I'd be horrified and totally embarrassed if I owned or managed this company!
The worst company I've ever known, why hasn't the council removed their contract?Incompetent work force and managers. Swearing, rude, excuses, lies, false promises, shoddy work, turning up unannounced, skiving in vans, parts constantly breaking and needing fixing, no respect to anyone, leaves the mess for you to clean up, unprofessional, the last goes on...Avoid avoid avoid !!
Absolutely the worst contractors ever to exist! When they ACTUALLY turn up. Also THEY LIE! Trying to say I threatened him? Complete lie, telling someone to leave, is not a threat. What u expect? Came, measured window, waited for it to be made,cut, etc.. then turns up to do the job, then actually says..after weeks of waiting, oh I ain't got the window?! Then I got a reply, "people like you should be grateful! Sick of this company doing things like that. Not the first time neither.. simply every job is hit and miss every time. And they have reported job completed, when they didn't even turn up man! Absolutely the worst. I could go on but ya know what I mean if u have to use them. Still waiting for a call to fix the repairs.
Never stick to appointment times, sends messages to change dates and times nearing the appointment and still dont turn up. Have had leaking taps for weeks now didn't come today on my appointment time so called them and was told they have rescheduled for two weeks time 😂😂 company is a joke.
This company constantly lies about deadlines. Staff non stop swear when eventually turn up at the job though they do spend majority of their time in their cars or vans. Rather than doing any work. Just so they can get more of our tax money by prolonging the jobs. Council tennants are treated like dirt on the bottom of Thier shoes.
