Review Time
They were subcontracted for my council to put in a new wet room floor fix tiles and fit water trap, I am disabled with Arachnoiditis and I suffer with incontinence, my bathroom is a must, I was promised it would take no longer than 2 days this was a complete lie 5 days in counting and it's still not completed they stuck bathroom tiles to plaster board in a wet room the bathroom isn't sealed correctly and they left loads of mess they have stained my hall carpet, the bathroom floor is flat as a pancake no slope they chipped all the paint in a newly decorated bathroom and theft it full of dust I'm terrified in ehst they will leave it like next the only reason they have started to do things is cos I complained to much, but I feel my once a lovely home is now a place I hate all cos of these cowboys
Worst contractors ever Appointment was made on Friday for Monday between 10-2. Monday 11am I get an update saying the appointment has been successful. No one came out. I got through for them to tell me they were gonna ring me back to book an appt? I said I already had one and the lady said they will call me back and basically book one in? Absolute joke! Completely unprofessional! Complete liars and untrustworthy people. Don’t know what’s up with Stonewater and why they’re using their useless services. These contractors need shutting down.
Cancelled my appointment for the 3rd time !!! Continually phoning to chase them up as they don’t follow up with any appointments appalling service NO DUTY OF CARE for a vulnerable adult with a chronic lung condition waiting 3 months for a work top replacement due to a recent leak from boiler black mould and fungus
Poor quality work, left property unsafe.Terrible communications.Two men attended to complete task, spent most of the time bad mouthing the very company they work for followed up by not finishing the job they started in order to attend another job.Disgusted, unfortunately Accent only use this contractor so I am somewhat snookered. It’s only been a week of not having a fully functioning kitchen! Maybe these people would like to put themselves through the same treatment they put others through.Just cancelled for the 6th time stating too late to start the job, considering they made the appointment for 8am find that hard to believe. So in essence I have lost 6 days pay to home for a no show, phoned office and been fobbed of with varying excuses like no materials to do the job, no floor fitter available and anything else they can think of.I even suggested sub contracting if the work load is too much, stop taking money and not completing tasks allocated and paid gor!
We reported to waverley borough council about our shower floor ian william private contractors where useless from start to finish kept delaying coming out etc they finished on the 24th july but still delaying putting our shower doors back on this has caused stress
Again I am in the zero star camp. Consistently dire experiences with this organisation. Unfortunately we have to use these clowns for our repairs at work and they are absolutely awful. Missed appointments, poor standards of work and zero customer service to put anything right.
