I ordered a small collection of rings and love them so much! They look the same as the pictures advertised on their website. The only problem was that a ring did snap, so be careful when adjusting the rings, however the customer service was great and I received a full refund! Definitely recommend.
I originally wasn’t sure if Ibentoy was legit it felt too good to be true. But holy I ended up getting the stuff and it looked as or even better than the photos. They even sent a nice letter as reassurance just in case anything happened with the product Loved it
I saw Ibentoy add pop up on my Instagram & when I saw their page. I knew I was going to love it. My 2 phone cases just arrived today & the quality is very good! As well as being exactly like the pictures shown! The store has other cute/amazing things to offer; clothing, house items, & those cute water bottles that have been going viral! I am truly happy I found this cute store✨💙. I am looking forward to more future purchase’s!!
I know people may think it’s a scam, but it’s really not! The products I ordered were exactly as they looked and I love them! Of course it take about a month to receive them, but you do have to understand it takes a while to get things from overseas! 100% would order from here again.
I've ordered from Ibentoy twice now, and every time they've been absolutely amazing. every item has come exactly pictured, no damage, and even free stickers 🥰 the shipping from them to Australia is only a moderate wait time, the packaging is very professional, stylised and cute. Ear clips and Cloud Sunglasses are too damn cute! And on customer service, they do very well with communication. my first order with the earclips, i bought 3 pairs, but by the time my order went through, one had sold out. they contacted me about it immediately and requested i replace said pair by sending them a specific number. they make it easy as pie for the buyer. definitely gonna keep purchasing from them. :)
