Review Time
At first I was sent the wrong variant of the item that I ordered. I understand it was a mistake but I emailed customer service and they were quick to help me. They let me keep the item that I had received, in addition to sending me what I had originally ordered. They were very apologetic and easily resolved the issue. Although I had a small hiccup in my experience, I would still recommend buying from them. The item I did receive was very of very good quality, as I assume a lot of their other items are as well. I will be shopping on here again.
I ordered a tote bag and gel pens and they both were great. Very nice and efficient design of the bag, and adorable pens that are so smooth to write with. Though shipping took almost a month, I think it was definitely worth it and I will be buying again from here very soon. ☺️
I just placed an order yesterday that’s why it’s a 4 for now. I emailed them with the email I got when in the confirmation email( about an hour or two ago) to share my worries about not being able to track the order. They responded a few minutes ago so things are looking good so far, at least I feel more secure.🙃I read some reviews and I would be so ecstatic even if it doesn’t arrive as early as I’d like so long as it looks as good or even better than the pictures. Most of the reviews seem great and I hope I get some cute stickers too!!!
Super happy with the products! They came in perfect condition and it was a nice surprise to also get the pendents they were advertised with! The only thing was that it took a while to get but I didn't really mind it since I expected for it to take a while, I'm 100% buying from this website again!:D
