Review Time
I ordered my order MONTHS ago, I believe in may but it could be even further back as it's hard to remember because it's been so long. It is going to be august tommorrow and still no word from ibentoy about my order or if it's even been shipped. Ibentoy is unreliable. I honestly understand how long online shopping can take but it has been months and I haven't even gotten one email about my order except for when it said my order was confirmed the day I ordered it. It's clear now I am not going to get what I paid for so I will never be ordering from ibentoy again and I will be letting everyone I know about this. It's actually ridiculous.
I have ordered from the website three times (and will continue doing so). It takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive per order to go to where I am at in the US. Orders are always accurate and wrapped up carefully. I always order cute earrings, enamels pins, and key chains and none have broke. They also have a cute collection of phone cases so I always get at least one per order. Always check out the sale section! You can find a lot of cute goodies :D
My package hasn't arrived, and it's been two months. Customer service said they'd let me know about the issue, but I haven't heard back. Not entirely sure what's going on with their shipping, but this is unprofessional as a developing company trying to get customers from different places in the world.Update: after talking to customer service, they decided to either resend or refund my package. They told me to wait a week to see if my package would arrive but it was already a week and I emailed them about it. They said to contact a number (which was highly unnecessary as they’re the ones supposed to help me with this package) I then asked for a refund but it seems like they don’t want to refund me back and said they’ll resend it to me, which I don’t think will come to me.
Super cute stuff all my items were good the only issue I had was this teddy shoulder bag I thought was adorable and when I received it, it was NOT what I thought it was going to be so I instantly when on the site to double check if it was a knock off or something so the answer was technically yes and no some products have like 10 photos for one item and I didn't scroll though every single one right and guess what was the last photo advertised it was the ugly version of the teddy shoulder bag the ugly version I got so I didn't bother contacting saying it was false advertisement because technically they did have one picture of the ugly bear the other 9 photos were the cute one. :(( so be careful when you shop guys!
I love ibentoy they responded fast as soon as I emailed them about a problem they also helped me a lot and they’re products are really good all the products I’ve purchased so far are very pigmented and they stay on for a long period of time ( I’ve only bought make up) and they’re products are not very expensive considering how good the formula is for they’re make up
I love my new cat bracelet, it fits well and is beautifully made. I also loved the sweet letter printed on kawaii paper and also the adorable sticker!The parcel took only 2 weeks to arrive. The service is fantastic. If you like kawaii (cute in Japanese) things, then you must shop here. I study Japanese and have travelled to Japan as my son lived there. Now I can buy sweet things at Ibentoy.I highly recommend Ibentoy to everyone!!
