Raeesa was patient and helpful. I have been paying for 2 bills and not 1 as I thought I had upgraded. My daughter had helped me but was not doing the right thing. I chose £15 unlimited for a single household with the potential of doing more hybrid work. I prefer using hotspot is economical for my lifestyle. It's annoying why the data is slow at times on my Samsung S20 phone?I'm on budget so I've no interest on broadband.
Would rate them less than one if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Absolutely awful customer service. I swapped from vodaphone to ID . (Big mistake.) I couldn't receive any messages!! I tried to sort the problem out BUT couldn’t speak to a human being , it’s live chat. On three occasions I had agents talk to me for a very long period of time and close the chat before they managed to help me. Very frustrating when you need your phone for work. ID have caused me so many problems. Luckily I have 28 days to leave them and I will be doing that tomorrow.Just wanted to save someone from going through the stress that I have gone through.
