Absolutely disgusting and clearly fraudulent as I'm trying to activate a replacement SIM and ID are refusing to carry this out despite being on contract with 2 accounts all because I don't drive or travel abroad, ie driving licence or passport and yet they expect me to pay a monthly contract for a service their refusing to give me despite already being a monthly customer so as they refuse to activate my SIM I've got no other choice but to refuse to pay my monthly bill as I'm being denied a service for which I'm paying for so I can only assume this is fraud where they refuse service but demand money and it won't work with me, so activate my SIM card or the direct debit will be cancelled as I'm not paying for something that I'm not getting despite being on contract which is surely proof enough of who I am without being told on live chat and on the phone that I may be commenting fraud just because I don't have a driving license or passport, absolutely disgusting service Firstly nobody has to phone me, secondly I've had no email from you other than a code and you must have managed to prove my identity my accepting my order and to give me a contract, so basically what's being said is if I can't prove who I am which I'm more than capable of doing with security questions then as stated I shall cancel my direct debit as you're refusing to activate my SIM card and once again I'm not paying for a product I can't use so please sort this out as it is absolutely ridiculous that you're saying someone has to drive or go aboard to prove their identity when I have already proved my identity by having you lot carrying out eligibility checks on me so one doesn't need to drive or go aboard to use a SIM card as there many other ways to prove someone's identity So despite enclosing enough proof of my identity ID are still refusing to activate my pay monthly SIM and yet they have the audacity to expect to pay for my contract a contract of which I can't use, so why should I pay for a service that is being withheld absolutely outrageous and illegal as one doesn't pay for a product if you don't have the product especially as the seller is refusing to give you that service to use So once again I've been informed by ID that they expect me to pay for my contract, a contract of which they will not activate despite giving them overwhelming evidence of who I am so why on earth would I pay for a product that is being refused to me it makes no sense whatsoever and once again can only assume they are committing fraud as no one would pay for a product if it's not being given to them, this is now causing extreme stress and alarm
Raeesa was patient and helpful. I have been paying for 2 bills and not 1 as I thought I had upgraded. My daughter had helped me but was not doing the right thing. Raeesa has resolved this for me and was very Patient as I am old 😂. Please pass this to the CEO and they must give her a raise. Bless you.
Since using the iD mobile network I have had no issues whatsoever. The service has been exceptionally good. And I would recommend them to anyone think of taking out a new contract. It has to be better than your old one I have used most other networks. And none compair to iD network. 👍
