Since joining on May 31, 2024, I agreed to a maximum annual fee increase of 3%, yet they have raised my fees by over 15% sporadically. When I tried to discuss this with their team, my request to speak with a manager was ignored. I’ve received no follow-up and have spent hours with a chatbot without any information. Other former customers have reported similar experiences, leading them to terminate their contracts early due to unexplained fee hikes with no responses or refunds. AVOID. SCAMMERS.
I can't even begin to say how bad ID mobile are. You can't talk to anyone. Live chat is extremely slow and painful but the worst is no phone signal at all for 5 days. Raising tickets that no one gets back to you. Eventually I cancelled my contract as without my phone I can't work. Getting a PAC code out of them is like pulling teeth. I've asked 4 times now and still no PAC code. I've got 2 reference numbers and nothing has been done about either. WORST THING IS THEY DON'T OPERATE OVER THE WEEKEND. If you raise a ticket on Friday, the weekend is discounted so 48 hours for a remedy (which never comes) actually takes 96. I have never experienced such difficulty in getting a PAC code, I've had to upload 2 different selfies with ID (for obscure security reasons - no other network provider makes you do this). I'm losing a lot of business over this so AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - I will NEVER use them again and I will advise EVERYONE I know not to use them. I work in film and TV and know A LOT of people. Extremely frustrated with still no signs on a PAC code on the horizon. They also are refusing to give me an update on my first ticket number - can only assume that nothing has been done so this is why.
