having had to deal with their customer service again i have to stress how awful it is. they told me i could get a refund after the 25th but after talking to someone again(!) there was no record of the credit. either the person didn't understand my issue or they were being deliberately obtuse to avoid crediting me. i asked to speak to a supervisor but of course there wasn't one. they would not send me an email with the outcome of my query either.
Just signed up for an e-sim via Uswitch, giving me ten times more data than before for the same price. Also the e-sim and account is protected by a pin to combat fraud. This was one of the main reasons I started checking what else was on offer because my previous provider had no such protection. With the above mentioned bonus it was a no brainer. The sign up was a little confusing as choosing an e-sim was one of he last steps, which had me worried that I had missed something, but apart from that it was pretty smooth. Even persuaded my wife to switch too!

Prices where excellent and it uses the 3 network. Unfortionatly the signal was terrable. Other people on other networks would have signal, mine would not. I was in the cool off period so wanted to cancel. This was when the problems happened. I contacted customer service via chat. After trying to explain to a bot, I was passed to Iviwe at customer service, where I was ignored and even though I was waiting for them, I was asked if I still wanted to talk. Eventually after them trying to get me to stay I was passed to another member, who disconnected my phone straight away and said the would send a PAC code so I could move my number. But no code came. AVOID THIS COMPANYUPDATE 2: I came on today to soften this review, but 24 hours later and still no PAC code. My sim has been cancelled, I now have no phone as I cant transfer my number to my new network and not a word from iDmobile about it. I tried chat but their customer service is so bad its impossible to do anything, Even the system tries to disconnect you because you end up waiting for them to type
Would rate them less than one if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Absolutely awful customer service. I swapped from vodaphone to ID . (Big mistake.) I couldn't receive any messages!! I tried to sort the problem out BUT couldn’t speak to a human being , it’s live chat. On three occasions I had agents talk to me for a very long period of time and close the chat before they managed to help me. Very frustrating when you need your phone for work. ID have caused me so many problems. Luckily I have 28 days to leave them and I will be doing that tomorrow.Just wanted to save someone from going through the stress that I have gone through.
