The return procedure is misleading

The return procedure is misleading. Their website mentions if purchasing online and you're within 14days you can return to any Curry's store. As I found out today, they refused my return in Curry's and I ended up having to arrange and pay for the return myself. Very disappointing, had I known this before I would have avoided this company.

I have found that ID Mobile provides a strong mobile range and competitive pricing for SIM cards.A primary point of contact with the company is through their online chat service. While this option can sometimes be slow, I understand that ID Mobile also offers support via social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. As I am not active on social media, this avenue is unavailable to me, but it is likely a convenient option for most people.I have also learned that if you email them, they will follow up with a return call or email, which is a useful support channel to be aware of. I have had some small issues which were resolved quickly and it is clear that ID care about their customers

Day to day ok. But roaming issues

Day to day I am fine with the service. But when I went to Mexico on holiday I purchased additional roaming cover, yet I still couldn’t use my phone for calls or texts. I really don’t understand what benefit I got.

Waste of time

I tried to take out a second contract IPhone 17 and was refused due the fact I hadn’t completed 2 months payments on the first contract.This was never explained or illustrated on your website.I didn’t take the two phone out at the same time as I wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with the product and service.Totally dissatisfied!!!
