There's no access to a water hose for cleaning the dirty deck, and storage space for food is insufficient. The fireplace blower is non-functional, and the bathroom vents disturb occupants in other bedrooms. There were no flashlights provided during a power outage, and the presence of bugs was noted. Lastly, the washer and dryer are far too small. I will choose to return to other cabins in the future!

We reported it, but maintenance couldn't resolve it and claimed it was related to the pool. That night, when the power went out, the noise intensified and became unbearable. It turned out to be from a locked maintenance room, and contacting staff was nearly impossible. Our entire group lost sleep before our planned trip. The pool worker eventually dismantled a device unrelated to the noise, but it only stopped for a few hours. On our last day, a maintenance worker identified the source, a malfunctioning water softener that beeped every minute. We were given the code to silence it, but this was never offered before. There were also issues with pests in the attic, and the management showed little regard for our comfort. The promised free tickets to a local attraction were unredeemable, and the advertised wifi required personal information and was unreliable. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend these cabins.

The fans were dusty, the outside door to the pool was open and could not be closed. There was dirty water in the washer, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. The dishwasher rack was broken, and many remotes didn’t work due to dead batteries. The sink was clogged, and despite multiple calls, there was no response. I received a text after we left stating the pool heater was repaired, which was too late. Do not book this cabin; I regret spending my money here.
Since arriving, we've dealt with several issues, including a shaking upper level when the furnace runs, and a malfunctioning door handle leading to the deck. The cabin was not cleaned properly, with bugs present throughout. The downstairs vanity is coming away from the wall, and there was a musty smell upon arrival. I’ve stayed in many cabins before, and for the price, I expected much better. The cabin needs maintenance and a deep clean. The response from management felt rehearsed and insincere, indicating they don’t prioritize guest satisfaction.
I reserved a cabin for a future date, but when I tried to cancel due to finding better accommodations, the company refunded less than half my deposit, despite the long time before my reservation. This cancellation policy is the worst I’ve encountered, and I feel ripped off.

We were informed two days before check-in about one non-functioning bathroom, but no alternative options were provided. The upper levels were infested with bugs, and the lack of water was unacceptable for a large group. Customer service was unhelpful, and I feel let down by the management's lack of empathy. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience.
