So far everythiong has gone wrong

I've been switched by ID Moblie to them 4 days earlier than i ordered- with no notice. My new SIM hasnt arrived, so i'm without data. I missed some really important messages today and i only found out when i got home and connected to WIFI. An abolsolute shambles. If you dont sort this immediately im cancelling. Ive ported my number but their website says i dont exist. !!! ???Absolutelky pi**ed off with them. I DONT WANT SOME PLATITUDES AS A RESPONSE

Only been on this service since October 4th and fed up with it, my phone calls are intermittently sent to voice mail, never had this trouble with giffgaff! Might cancel if this keeps happening!
