The return procedure is misleading

The return procedure is misleading. Their website mentions if purchasing online and you're within 14days you can return to any Curry's store. As I found out today, they refused my return in Curry's and I ended up having to arrange and pay for the return myself. Very disappointing, had I known this before I would have avoided this company.

ID Mobile ... A good provider

ID Mobile (By Curry's) has a very easy to use internet- based portal that allows you to select either your handset and/or airtime package without the need to contact the provider.Pro's; • It is a speedy and efficient service with very competitive rates for both handset purchase and monthly airtime packages.• They have a good range of mobiles and monthly airtime packages as well as a good selection of Sim only deals.• They keep you up to date with latest offers and bills• They warn you if you are about to go out of your package allowance and offer bill-caps etc to avoid getting an unexpected higher bill.Cons;• If you have a query that falls out of their FAQ’s page, it is very hard to speak to somebody and takes time to find a suitable contact number.• When your contract ends, they send lots of information regarding renewing, approximately 3 months before contract end but then none before or after contract end. This means that if you do not renew your contract for a new handset, they will continue to charge a much higher rate after you have finished paying for the handset, until you contact them to change to a Sim only deal.• If you initially request a second handset (Like I did for my wife), they will reject you without reason. Somewhere in the small print it must indicate that you must have an established contract with them for a period of time before you can apply for a second/ third handset.Conclusion: A good provider. Competitive rates. Good range of contracts. Speedy efficient service but difficult to get hold of when you have an ‘Out-of-the-box’ query. Would recommend.
