Awful experience. Think this is the last time I bought anything from these guys. Had a 40 euro charging stand for meta quest 3 show up with no batteries that come with it from the factory. Replacement batteries from meta cost 50 euro. When I contacted customer support and explained the situation a guy named Ahmed responded. He didn't even bother reading my email where I explained the whole situation and explain that these always come with the batteries from the manufacturer. Instead he just said that they don't come with the charging dock as that is how the manufacturer supplies it. And just said that if I'm not happy to ship it or bring it to a store. This was totally false for him to claim that it wasn't supplied by the manufacturer. After confronting him with evidence that it does infact come with the rechargeable batteries from the manufacturer. He didn't even apologize. Instead said he is talking to other staff about it. After a few days of waiting for a response he just presented me with the same mantra about returns.While mentioning that in order to return they need to test it's working which would not be possible if you don't have the batteries that are supplied by the manufacturers. During the whole conversation I explained this is a birthday gift. I asked if we could resolve this quickly as I was happy to take discount on dock and go order the batteries my self ASAP. In my opinion took way too long to even give my my rent across. Where initially I was told that he looked into it. Therefore he lied in the response to me until I presented him with the evidence. From that point on he did not even apologize and the whole thing about communicating with other staff is taking too long.The email response comes in at completely random hours. With the support cut dry and just referring back to their mantra.I'm really unhappy with this interaction and it is still ongoing. Will be interesting to be taking away a gift from a kid when all these guys had to do is either find and send me the missing batteries as they should have them.
