9There is a piece missing from my product i bought your customer service 5 diffrent people 5 days in a row sent me the same message .. so.why cant it be resolved ..Just on your reply .. you say all parts are with the item Let me explain .. i bought ps head set the adaptor for the ps5 c9nection is missing .. i also sent a copy of the recipet to your collegue last sat via email i can.show you .. also why would i complain tbe piece is missing if it wasnt the head set and case are there and tje charger wire is there so.why would i lie .
