Item came in a very bad condition. The item in question. Was a ps5 headset and the padding were ripped and the fabric at the speakers were ripped out as well. I don't that that is work 80 euro plus delivery

Disgusting shipping policy - Charged €3.50 postage per item and both items arrived together in the same packet. Disgraceful money grab. *Update*The below response is laughable. The 2 items were packaged once and shipped once but CEX are still trying to justify charging for it twice 😂
